Candidate Qualifications

       

We are looking for candidates in the Los Angeles area who possess:

• Strong work ethic, student mentality, great attitude
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working with the general public (no direct sales experience required)
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn software and applications
• Ability to work independently with moderate to minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Experienced with CRM software and other sales tools (preferred but not required).
• Proficient in negotiation and closing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in growing our client base and enhancing our brand presence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participates in service, brand, and product knowledge training
• Assists customers with applications process
• Responsible for inventory tracking
• Stays informed of company and client policies, procedures, and promotions
• Maintains confidentiality of all client and customer information collected
• Executes taught systems to achieve individual and company goals
• Gains knowledge of systems implemented during each customized client promotion/field campaign
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop strategic sales plans.
